使用美商餐馆招聘平台（以下简称"本平台"）即表示您同意遵守本使用条款。如不同意，请停止使用本平台。

By using the US Chinese Restaurant Recruitment Platform (hereinafter "the Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please stop using the Platform.

2. 平台用途 / Platform Purpose

本平台专为全美华人餐饮从业者提供招聘求职、店铺买卖、社区信息发布等服务。用户须将平台用于合法、正当目的。

The Platform is dedicated to serving Chinese restaurant professionals across the US, providing job recruitment, shop listings, and community information services. Users must use the Platform for lawful and legitimate purposes only.

3. 用户责任 / User Responsibilities

• 您发布的所有内容须真实、准确，不得含有虚假招聘信息
  All content you post must be truthful and accurate; fraudulent job listings are prohibited.
• 不得发布违法、歧视性、骚扰性或有害内容
  Do not post illegal, discriminatory, harassing, or harmful content.
• 不得使用本平台进行诈骗、欺诈或其他违法活动
  Do not use the Platform for scams, fraud, or any other illegal activities.
• 不得通过技术手段绕过平台安全措施
  Do not attempt to circumvent platform security measures through technical means.
• 不得批量发帖、刷帖或以机器人方式使用平台
  Do not mass-post, spam, or use automated bots on the Platform.

4. 内容审核 / Content Moderation

本平台保留删除任何违规、虚假或不当内容的权利，无需事先通知。重复违规用户将被永久封禁。

The Platform reserves the right to remove any content that violates these Terms, is false, or is otherwise inappropriate, without prior notice. Repeat violators will be permanently banned.

5. 免责声明 / Disclaimer

本平台仅为信息发布渠道，不对用户发布的招聘信息、店铺信息的真实性、合法性承担责任。用户在联系招聘方或进行交易前，请自行核实相关信息。

The Platform serves solely as an information channel and is not responsible for the accuracy or legality of job listings or shop listings posted by users. Users are advised to independently verify all information before contacting employers or conducting transactions.

6. 账户封禁 / Account Suspension

如用户违反本条款，平台有权暂停或永久封禁其账户及设备，无需退款或赔偿。

If a user violates these Terms, the Platform reserves the right to suspend or permanently ban their account and device without refund or compensation.

7. 知识产权 / Intellectual Property

本平台的设计、Logo、文字内容等均受版权保护。用户发布内容的版权归用户所有，但用户授予本平台展示该内容的非独家许可。

The Platform's design, logo, and written content are protected by copyright. Users retain ownership of their posted content but grant the Platform a non-exclusive license to display such content.

8. 服务变更 / Service Changes

本平台保留随时修改或终止服务的权利。条款变更后继续使用平台即视为接受新条款。

The Platform reserves the right to modify or terminate services at any time. Continued use of the Platform after any changes to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.

9. 适用法律 / Governing Law

本条款受美利坚合众国法律管辖。

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States of America.
